THE NEW EXPERIENCE.

The Nord Stage 4 has a completely redesigned panel design with separate LED faders for each layer, allowing unparalleled overview and versatility while composing sounds and performing live. The new Preset Library contains amazing, ready-to-use piano, synth, and organ sounds for quick and easy patch development. The Layer Scene allows you to smoothly move between two separate sound configurations with the press of a button. The Nord Stage 4 provides a new level of musical creativity by introducing a strong new effect section, various pedal options, and a quality triple-sensor keybed.

The piano

The Nord Stage 4 has a new, updated collection of grands, uprights, and electric pianos from our unique Nord Piano Library, as well as additional features like dynamic compression and unison.

The synthesizer

The Synth component, with three separate layers, is powered by the powerful Nord Wave 2 Synth Engine, which includes virtual analog synthesis, samples, FM, and digital waves. A large new collection of samples from the Nord Sample Library provides a diverse musical palette, including strings, bass, choirs, guitars, and much more. The improved arpeggiator has additional phonic, gate, and pattern modes and may be utilized for a wide range of rhythmic applications, including programmable patterns.

The organ

The Organ section includes our award-winning simulations of the B3 Tonewheel, B3 Bass, classic Vox, and Farfisa, as well as two Pipe Organ models. All Stage 4 versions have our new physical drawbars with LED indicators for an enhanced hands-on experience and perspective.

The effects

The Nord Stage 4 includes a strong new effect area that provides a complete set of effects for each layer. The vast Effects collection includes a new Pump effect for tempo-synced or pedal-controlled side chain modulation, a new Spin effect, and brand-new varieties of Reverb, Delay, Amps, and Modulation effects.

The Nord Stage 4 88 features a fully weighted triple-sensor keybed (A-C) with aftertouch and physical drawbars with LED indicators.

The Nord Stage 4 73 features a fully weighted triple-sensor keybed (E-E) with aftertouch and physical drawbars with LED indicators.

The Nord Stage 4 Compact keyboard features a 73-note semi-weighted waterfall triple sensor keybed (E-E) with aftertouch and physical drawbars with LED indicators.

Nuanced sound with great emulation.

In addition to Nord’s award-winning B-3, pipe organ, and Farfisa patches, the Stage 4 HA73 features a new B-3 bass mode as well as Model 122 Vintage Rotary Speaker modeling with standard and near microphone settings. Its doubled sample memory enables more instruments to be featured at higher resolution, including a new, expanded collection of upright, grand, and electric pianos provided by the Nord Piano Library. The powerful Wave 2 Synth Engine supports sample-based, virtual analog, and FM synthesis modes, as well as a library of guitars, strings, choirs, and other sounds that may now be applied over three separately managed synth layers. Furthermore, the extremely powerful arpeggiator now includes brand-new gate, polyphonic, and pattern modes to enhance your sound with highly detailed and customized rhythmic possibilities.

Sculpt and shape your tones.

The Stage 4 HA73 features a reinvented panel design, complete with real drawbars and LED faders for each layer. The panel offers plenty of real-time input and allows you to create, design, save, and recall patches as needed. The triple-sensor keybed gives lifelike sensitivity and fully weighted keys, allowing for unprecedented expression across all instruments. New features, including dynamic compression and unison mode, are supported by a newly designed version of their signature reverb, delay, amplifier, and modulation effects, such as spring, cathedral, and booth reverb, as well as a new spin effect and space delay.

Real-time, reactive control.

The Nord Stage 4 HA73’s interface has physical drawbars and LED indicators, allowing for dynamic organ patch construction and real-time feedback as you adjust your sound. The Stage 4 HA73 can smoothly blend into any arrangement thanks to the new Extern mode, which provides deep and accurate MIDI control. The Tru-Vibrato, Unison, and Round Robin modes have been updated with new samples to give you even more control over developing and sculpting your sound, with plenty of potential for aftertouch.
