The hardware is a sturdy 1RU chassis housing a 64-point analogue patchbay with I/O organised on DB-25 connections on the rear panel. Patch App is an intuitive Mac/Windows programme that connects to the patchbay via USB and manages patchbay assignments and routings. Only the patchbay routings are changed digitally in Patch; no audio is ever converted to digital. All channels that pass through it stay in the analogue domain.Patch combines the best features of digital and computer-based control with pure analogue audio. Patch App routings may now be rapidly saved and retrieved thanks to this.
