The Kali Audio IN-5 includes an 8-inch woofer, a 5-inch midrange driver, and a 1-inch soft dome tweeter. The midrange driver and tweeter are coincident, which means they have the same acoustic center. This layout may have been described as “coaxial” or “concentric” before. These terms are also technically correct.

The Kali Audio IN-5 is an acoustic point source due to the mid-range and tweeter being placed together, as well as the woofer’s crossover to the mid-range (280 Hz).
